Terms & Conditions:
- It is necessary to have a reservation that was confirmed through the Remisens Hotel Group website (www.remisens.com) or by the Remisens Reservation Centre.
- In addition, it is necessary to find a better online price that has been published for the same hotel, same date, same room, same service and same booking conditions no later than 24 hours after the reservation has been made on the www.remisens.com website or through the Remisens Reservation Centre.
- The second offer can be booked on the internet and is still available when we check.
- The second offer applies to the same booking conditions that you have chosen on our website (www.remisens.com). The following must apply:
- the same accommodation property
- the same period of stay (the same check-in and check-out dates), number of people, currency, tax policy, minimum stay, and terms of payment
- the same type of room, apartment or other accommodation unit (including facilities)
- The terms of your reservation on our website include free cancellation and modification.
- The offer includes the same room conditions (including meals, cancellation policy, package offer, discounts, extras, etc.)
- Send us a request at reservations@remisens.com, including:
- the name of the person who made the reservation (reservation holder), and the number of the reservation made on the Remisens website or through the Remisens Reservation Centre,
- a link to the offer and website with a lower price.
- We will review your request to make sure it complies with our terms and conditions. If your request is valid, we will grant an additional 5% discount on the lower price that you found.
- Our Remisens Reservation Centre will contact you within 24 hours. If you don't receive an answer within 24 hours, please e-mail us at reservations@remisens.com or call (Destination Dubrovnik: +385 20 350 555; Destination Portorož: +386 59 368 889).
If we cannot match the price of the other offer because one of the above conditions is not fulfilled, you can still keep your existing reservation, including the terms of cancellation.
Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- If you found the offer on a website that does not reveal in which property or in which type of property you will be staying until you make your booking.
- If you make your booking using:
- special rates for members
- special rates for frequent users
- loyalty points, promo codes, special newsletter deals or temporary special deals from the Reservation Centre
- any award programme or special promotions.
- If you fail to contact us before checking in at the accommodation.
- The guarantee does not apply to websites that offer non-transparent prices and services.
- The guarantee does not apply to cases in which a typographical error occurred while filling in or publishing prices on other websites.
- The guarantee does not apply to unpublished or confidential prices, prices that require payment in advance or stays with a voucher paid in advance, hotel rooms that are sold as part of a package holiday with other services included, discounted corporate prices, group prices, etc.
- The guarantee applies to the total cost of the full period of stay, and not the cost of one day or several days included in the period of stay. The guarantee applies to the final price for the total period of stay, including all service charges, taxes or other fees.
- The guarantee shall not apply when the prices differ for a decimal amount resulting from prices being rounded.
- Requests for a refund based on the guarantee must be submitted within 24 hours of the time of making the original booking on the Remisens website or though the Remisens Reservation Centre.
- The guarantee does not apply to bookings that were confirmed within 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Multiple requests for best price guarantees for a stay that is longer than one night will be treated as a single request for a single stay; the lowest price for that stay shall be applied.
Unless prohibited by law, Remisens Hotel Group reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time at their sole discretion.
